Hey! I'm Kristen.
Your Teen Anxiety Coach
A few years before I became a coach, I was a teen girl who overthought everything — feeling "too much" and "not enough" at the exact same time.
I know what it's like to lie awake replaying a conversation. To care so deeply it hurts. To wish someone would just listen instead of telling you to calm down or pray harder.
That girl grew up — and went to work earning close to two decades of experience walking alongside girls just like her.
I've sat with teen girls through anxiety, friendship drama, identity struggles, and emotional overwhelm. And what I see every single time is this: they're carrying so much, and feeling completely alone in it.
That's why I offer 1:1 Teen Anxiety Coaching.
It isn't therapy. It isn’t just feel good “fluff.” It's a one-on-one space where you can say the things you've been holding in, learn real tools to quiet the noise in your head, and build calm confidence rooted in a faith that actually works in everyday life — not just on Sundays.
You are not broken or damaged goods. You're human — and you deserve support as you learn to feel peaceful and secure in who God created you to be.
If you're ready to stop feeling stuck and start feeling like you again, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
xo,Kristen
Questions…
From parents-
Coaching is forward-focused, skills-based, and centered on building confidence, emotional regulation, and faith integration. It is not therapy. If a teen needs clinical mental health treatment, that referral would be encouraged.
-
Most anxious teen girls look “fine” on the outside.
But internally? They’re dealing with:
Anxiety
Performance pressure
Friendship drama
Insecurity tied to their appearance and others’ approval
Their thoughts are overwhelming and they often struggle to communicate their needs with your for fear of disappointing or worrying you (through no fault of your own!). -
Sessions are confidential to build trust.
Parents may receive general progress updates upon request.
Safety concerns are always communicated.

That said, I deeply care about your experience — if something feels off or you have questions, reach out and we’ll talk through it together.
From teens-
If you’re an anxious teen girl who overthinks, cares deeply, and wants to feel calmer and more confident, this was created with you in mind. You don’t need to figure it out on your own — you just need to be open to learning tools, showing up honestly, and taking small steps.
Progress looks different for everyone, but you won’t be doing this alone. -
You’ll get an email with your booking link. Then, after your first session, you’ll receive immediate access to a Client Folder
which will contain all of your session notes and homework.
Everything is delivered online, so you can log in from your phone, tablet, or computer whenever it works for you. -
Many girls notice small shifts after the very first session — like feeling calmer, more understood, or less stuck in their head.
Lasting confidence and peace are built over time, but change can start sooner than you think. -
That makes total sense.
Trying something new — especially something personal — can feel scary. You might be thinking:
What if I don’t know what to say? What if I cry?
What if it’s awkward?
What if this doesn’t even help?
You don’t have to show up confident or “put together.” You just have to show up and be honest.Full permission to start with, “I don’t even know where to begin.”
Coaching isn’t about being impressive. It’s about not carrying everything alone anymore.
You’re allowed to want support. 🖤

Not the details.
You get a safe space to be honest without me giving your parents a play-by-play.
The only time I would involve them is if I’m concerned about your safety or someone else’s safety. That’s about protection — not getting you in trouble.
Otherwise, parents may request general updates about growth, not your private conversations.
You deserve a space where you can actually be real.
