Thank you for understanding me… I’ve only told a couple of my closest friends, and they’ve understood me, but not that much.

Your Teen Anxiety Coach

A woman with curly brown hair is sitting cross-legged on the floor, smiling at the camera, against a plain white background, wearing a light pink jumpsuit and patterned sneakers.

A few years before I became a coach, I was a teen girl who overthought everything — feeling "too much" and "not enough" at the exact same time.

I know what it's like to lie awake replaying a conversation. To care so deeply it hurts. To wish someone would just listen instead of telling you to calm down or pray harder.

That girl grew up — and went to work earning close to two decades of experience walking alongside girls just like her.

I've sat with teen girls through anxiety, friendship drama, identity struggles, and emotional overwhelm. And what I see every single time is this: they're carrying so much, and feeling completely alone in it.

That's why I offer 1:1 Teen Anxiety Coaching.

It isn't therapy. It isn’t just feel good “fluff.” It's a one-on-one space where you can say the things you've been holding in, learn real tools to quiet the noise in your head, and build calm confidence rooted in a faith that actually works in everyday life — not just on Sundays.

You are not broken or damaged goods. You're human — and you deserve support as you learn to feel peaceful and secure in who God created you to be.

If you're ready to stop feeling stuck and start feeling like you again, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

Kristen

xo,

A woman with short gray hair and a white shirt sitting on a gray couch talking to a young woman with long blonde hair, a gray t-shirt, and ripped jeans, holding a phone, in a living room with pink flowers and a green blanket.

Want to talk to your mom about it?

I know — that conversation can almost feel harder than the anxiety itself. You don't want her to worry. You don't want to seem dramatic. You don't want a big talk about it.

So here's a little script + everything she'll want to know, all in one place. You can literally show her this section on your phone.

What you can say to start the conversation:

"Mom, I've been listening to this podcast for Christian teen girls who struggle with anxiety, and she offers a teen anxiety coaching. I think it would actually help me. Can we look at it together?"

That's it. You don't have to explain everything you've been feeling. You don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to open the door.

What your mom will want to know (and the honest answers):

Is this therapy? No. It's faith-based coaching — forward-focused, skills-based, built around confidence, emotional regulation, and identity in Christ.

What makes Kristen qualified? She has a M.S.Ed. in Counseling and has been a high school counselor since 2019. She earned her Christian Life Coaching certification in April 2025. She has nearly two decades of experience in working with teen girls.

Will I know what's being discussed? Sessions are confidential. Parents may receive general progress updates on request. Any safety concerns will always be communicated immediately.

What does she actually get? A 60-minute 1:1 session via Google Meet, personalized faith-based tools, a clear plan for next steps, written session notes, and a 1-week email check-in.

How much is it? $47 for the intro session. No long-term commitment.

Questions…

  • If you’re an anxious teen girl who overthinks, cares deeply, and wants to feel calmer and more confident, this was created with you in mind. You don’t need to figure it out on your own — you just need to be open to learning tools, showing up honestly, and taking small steps.
Progress looks different for everyone, but you won’t be doing this alone.

  • You’ll get an email with your booking link. Then, after your first session, you’ll receive immediate access to a Client Folder
which will contain all of your session notes and homework.
Everything is delivered online, so you can log in from your phone, tablet, or computer whenever it works for you.

  • Many girls notice small shifts after the very first session — like feeling calmer, more understood, or less stuck in their head.
Lasting confidence and peace are built over time, but change can start sooner than you think.

  • That makes total sense.

Trying something new — especially something personal — can feel scary. You might be thinking:

What if I don’t know what to say? What if I cry?
    What if it’s awkward?
What if this doesn’t even help?

You don’t have to show up confident or “put together.” You just have to show up and be honest.

Full permission to start with, “I don’t even know where to begin.”

Coaching isn’t about being impressive. It’s about not carrying everything alone anymore.

You’re allowed to want support. 🖤

  • Not the details.

You get a safe space to be honest without me giving your parents a play-by-play.

The only time I would involve them is if I’m concerned about your safety or someone else’s safety. That’s about protection — not getting you in trouble.

Otherwise, parents may request general updates about growth, not your private conversations.

You deserve a space where you can actually be real.

You’ve been carrying this long enough.

The overthinking.
The friendship anxiety.
The quiet fear that something is just wrong with you.

Nothing is wrong with you.

You're a teen girl navigating a hard world — and you deserve real support.

One call.

That's all it takes to start feeling like yourself again.
